My Projects
On this page I collected all my projects, that I made in my past, that are still close to my heart. I am working on finalizing and producing some of the projects so that I might be able to put them in my shop.

Children's Paperbook Prototype
Träume hoch, klein Dani!
(Dream high, little Dani!)
Träume hoch, klein Dani! is a cardboard book with interactive pulling and sliding functions for children in the age of 3 or older. This book was my bachelors project in 2024. This project included writing a children's story, illustrating, designing the interactive functions, binding and building the book.As I was always fascinated by dinosaurs and children stories I wanted to make my bachelors project combine the two subjects again and make a fun and interactive book for young and old alike! The story is about the little dinosaur kid Dani that wants to fly in the sky just like the pterosaurs that it sees every evening on the horizon. But Dani's mum tells and shows Dani that they are not pterosaur and thus can't fly. Dani doesn't like the sound of that and tries to find ways to fly by himself. Throughout the book Dani encounters different dinosaurs that all have their own special skills. Maybe he can combine those skills that he learned from the other Dinos and fly into the horizon with the pterosaurs...Good and well designed children's books play a crucial role in children's development. Children's books promote language development, support critical thinking, teach important values and morals, encourage learning the basics of reading and writing, and stimulate creativity. Cardboard books with additional interactive functions train the child's hand and eye coordination and thus their motor skills.

Children's Booklet
Mia in der Urzeit
(Mia's Roarsome Adventure)
Mia in der Urzeit was my very first self-written, illustrated and bound book. I created it out of the need in my own childhood for a dynamic written story about a protagonist traveling through prehistoric times and also learning about animal facts. That's why I simply made my own!The story is about a 5 year old girl named Mia. One day she goes to the place her dad works at, the natural history museum! Mia is so excited to go, she loves dinosaurs! But once she is in the museum with her dad she is a bit disappointed that she only sees weird rocks at first. Her dad explains her that those are fossils, prehistoric animals that turned to stone. Mia starts to imagine how those animals must have looked like back then in the times where they were still alive. Mia starts to explore the prehistoric times in her imaginations and meets a lot of funky and weird prehistoric animals. As a kid myself i was always a bit annoyed that there weren't any cool girl main characters in dinosaur stories and that there weren't any dinosaur books with fun facts AND a story. You can read "Mia in der Urzeit" as a normal story book and if you want to read some facts about the animal on the page you can flip the flap up. This book has over 40 flaps and pages to explore and read.I am currently working on translating and producing Mia in der Urzeit in english > Mia's Roarsome Adventure!
I’m preparing to publish this book while also working on new stories and illustrations for the future.Thank you for your support!

Information Booklet
Erdzeitalter Sammlung
(Prehistoric Eras Collection)
Erdzeitalter is a collection of drawings I had to do for my first year in my uni. In our classes we were supposed to choose a subject and draw at least 10 drawings of a collection. I went a bit overboard and chose to draw the prehistoric animal stars of their respective era and make some little information dumps about them and their era. This collection consists of 10 pages about the prehistoric eras Cambrian, Ordovician, Silurian, Devonian, Carboniferous, Permian, Triassic, Jruassic, Cretaceous, Paleogene and Quarternary.I am currently working on turning this project into a zine or little booklet.

Collaboration Graphic Novel
In My Skin
In My Skin is a graphic novel about body shapes and self-love. I wrote this graphic novel together with two of my artist friends as a university semester project. The other artists had their own chapters and characters and we all wrote and drew storylines that happen in parallel. It's about different people experiencing different challenges with body dysmorphia and their insecurities.I chose a lanky, tall guy that is unhappy with how skinny and lengthy he looks. During the chapters, he tries to change his body so he can accept himself and be accepted by others. During this time, as he tries to change his body, he feels worse and worse because he doesn't see any improvement in his body. In the end, he notices in his daily life that his body is good as it is. He can help people with his taller body and he starts to accept himself as he is.Our Graphic Novel is about self-acceptance and body positivity.
We are planning to make a new refined edition of this story one day. Here you can find my friends that worked with me on this beautiful graphic novel. They are amazing artists, check them out!
